What are the requirements to join CourierX as a delivery driver?
- To join CourierX, you must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the food delivery field. A basic understanding of English, Hindi, and Arabic is also required. Strong road navigation skills and familiarity with Google Maps are essential.
Will I receive training before starting?
- Yes. Every new driver undergoes a detailed training session to ensure they are fully prepared before joining the road team. Training covers company policies, navigation tools, safety guidelines, and delivery procedures.
How often will I get paid?
- Drivers are paid every two weeks, covering exactly 14 days of work. This ensures timely and consistent payments twice a month.
Do I need to bring anything when applying?
- Yes. Please bring the original copies of your CPR, Driving License, CV, and Passport when visiting our office for application.
What languages should I know?
- A basic understanding of English, Hindi, and Arabic is preferred, as it helps in communication with customers, team members, and support staff.
Is road navigation experience important?
- Absolutely. Being comfortable with navigation apps like Google Maps is critical for timely and accurate deliveries.
